Diplomatic Photobomb of the Day: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in Hawaii for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit, was caught in a candid moment of pure joy when she was photobombed by a loinclothed torchbearer during a photo op with Hong Kong’s Chief Executive Donald Tsang.
“I hope you all captured that,” a clearly delighted Clinton told members of the press. “People will wonder what the chief executive is doing.”
The mystery streaker was not identified.
